This Return Policy applies to purchases of The Expansion, including recurring memberships, mentorship programs, digital educational materials, community access, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Expansion is operated by AM Trades LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Payments for the Services are processed through Whop and may also be subject to Whop’s applicable payment and platform terms.

By purchasing or subscribing to any Service, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy and any additional terms presented to you at checkout. All purchases provide immediate access to digital content, tools, communities, proprietary resources, or other components of the applicable Service. Certain Services may also include ongoing mentorship, support, or other service-based benefits. Except as expressly stated in this Return Policy or required by applicable law, purchases are final once access to the applicable Service has been provided.

1. All Sales Are Final

Except as expressly provided in this Return Policy or required by applicable law, all purchases and payments are final and non-refundable. Access to the applicable Service is provided immediately upon purchase and is considered delivered once the purchased membership, community, mentorship program, digital content, tools, or other resources are made available to you, regardless of whether you subsequently access, view, attend, participate in, or otherwise use them.

Refunds are not provided based on:

Failure to use or participate in the purchased Service

A change in personal, professional, or financial circumstances
A change of mind or an accidental or unintended purchase
Failure to review the applicable product description, purchase terms, pricing, or billing details
Failure to achieve a particular trading, financial, educational, or other result
Technical issues arising from your device, internet connection, or other systems outside the Company’s reasonable control
Inactivity, failure to complete educational materials, or failure to attend available mentorship sessions
Expectations, outcomes, features, or benefits not expressly represented by the Company

Failure to use or participate in the purchased Service

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access to the applicable Service is provided immediately and that the purchase is final. Nothing in this Return Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Subscription Memberships

Certain Services are offered on a monthly or quarterly recurring subscription basis. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Whop and its applicable payment-processing partners to charge your selected payment method at the price and billing frequency disclosed at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.

You are responsible for:

Reviewing the subscription price and billing frequency before purchasing
Maintaining valid and accurate payment information through Whop
Monitoring your renewal date
Cancelling your subscription through Whop before the applicable renewal date if you do not wish to continue

The Company does not monitor, manage, or cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Cancellation applies to future renewals only and does not refund or reverse any payment that has already been processed. After cancellation, you will retain access through the remainder of the billing period for which you have already paid, after which access will expire.

Except as expressly provided elsewhere in this Return Policy or required by applicable law, renewal payments are final and non-refundable once processed. Failure to use the Service, monitor your renewal date, or complete cancellation before a renewal is processed does not create a right to a refund.

3. Mentorship Programs and Fixed-Price Purchases

Certain Services, including mentorship programs, are sold for a fixed total purchase price. The purchase price may be paid in full or through financing or installment options made available through Whop and applicable third-party financing providers. Selecting a financing or installment option changes only the method or timing of payment and does not convert the purchase into a recurring subscription or create a right to cancel the remaining payment obligation.

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the applicable digital content, tools, community, and other program resources, together with any ongoing mentorship, support, or service-based benefits included in the program. Once the purchase is completed, you remain responsible for the full agreed purchase price, subject to the terms of any applicable financing agreement.

Discontinuing participation, failing to use the Service, leaving the community, failing to attend mentorship sessions, or deciding that you no longer wish to continue does not cancel, reduce, or otherwise eliminate any remaining payment obligation and does not create a right to a refund.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation applies only to recurring subscription memberships. To stop future renewal charges, you must complete the cancellation process through Whop before the applicable renewal is processed. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring that cancellation is successfully completed before your next renewal.

A subscription is not considered cancelled because of:

Failure to use or participate in the Service
Leaving or becoming inactive in the community
Stopping access to your account or purchased materials
Removing, replacing, or changing a payment method
Contacting the Company without completing the cancellation process through Whop
Forgetting or failing to complete cancellation before the applicable renewal is processed

Failure to use or participate in the Service
Leaving or becoming inactive in the community
Stopping access to your account or purchased materials

Once cancellation is successfully completed, it applies to future renewals only. You will retain access through the remainder of the billing period for which you have already paid, after which access will expire. Cancellation does not reverse, refund, or otherwise affect any payment processed before cancellation was completed.

5. Duplicate Charges

The only payment-processing exception to the terms in this Return Policy is a verified duplicate charge resulting from a processing error. A duplicate charge occurs when the same customer is unintentionally charged more than once for the same purchase.

If a duplicate charge is verified, the Company will refund the duplicate transaction while the original valid purchase remains active and subject to all other terms of this Return Policy. The original purchase is not refundable merely because a duplicate charge occurred.

Customers who believe they were charged more than once for the same purchase should contact the Company directly so the transactions can be reviewed and, if applicable, the duplicate charge can be refunded through Whop.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or processed incorrectly, you must first contact the Company so the issue can be reviewed before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not create a right to a refund or override the terms of this Return Policy. In response to a dispute, the Company and Whop may provide relevant transaction records, applicable terms, communications, account information, access records, and evidence of delivery or use of the Service to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, card network, or financing provider.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute relating to a valid purchase made by you may result in immediate termination of access and a permanent ban from purchasing or accessing the Company’s products or services in the future. Any disputed, reversed, or unpaid amounts remain subject to the applicable payment and financing terms.

Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights relating to genuinely unauthorized transactions.

7. Termination of Access

The Company may suspend or terminate access to a Service where permitted under the applicable Terms of Service, including for fraud, misuse, unauthorized sharing or distribution of proprietary materials, payment disputes, unpaid or reversed amounts, or other material violations of the Company’s terms.

Suspension or termination resulting from your violation of applicable terms does not create a right to a refund, credit, or reimbursement and does not eliminate any outstanding payment obligation associated with a fixed-price purchase or financing arrangement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Rights Required by Law

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to waive or limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. If applicable law provides a mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other remedy, that right will apply notwithstanding the terms of this Return Policy.

For digital content made available immediately after purchase, any applicable statutory withdrawal right may cease once access begins where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right at checkout, as permitted by applicable law. Any other statutory rights remain subject to applicable law.

Completing a purchase constitutes your acceptance of the terms presented at checkout and the policies applicable to the Service.

10. Changes to This Return Policy

The Company may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be posted with an updated effective date and will apply prospectively unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

The Return Policy applicable to a particular purchase will generally be the version in effect at the time of that purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
